I can't possibly say enough good about Josh. I had a unique situation in which I was planning to sell a rental property remotely. I reached out to Josh upon recommendation from a friend, and he was eager to help with my situation. He held my extra keys for almost a year, waiting for me to decide if I wanted to sell or not. When I finally decided to sell, he did EVERYTHING required to sell the house... and I mean everything. He arranged local contractors and even did some side work himself when we couldn't find the right person for the job. All the while, Josh made me feel like I was the only client he had- always available for a call or text at any time! He was an absolute GODSEND when it came to listing strategy, negotiation, and pricing. In the end, Josh was the sole reason my property sold for 20% above asking price... WITHOUT EVER EVEN GOING LIVE ON THE MARKET! In my wildest dreams, I never imagined my sale would end up as great as it did and Josh is the reason it went so well; the person who recommended Josh to me felt the same way about their sale.
