Trail Notes
This short out-and-back trail travels along the side of the lake at Goodale State Park. The trail begins near the canoe rack. The trail is flat for most of the way, with roots to step over. There are several places that are nice for fishing, as well as a few places where you can easily hike down to take in the peaceful scenery around the creek, too.
Wildlife lovers would enjoy bringing binoculars to watch for birds and other creatures, especially when you are back in the more wooded part of the trail.
