Trail Notes

This is a great place for a nice jog or walk, with a rubberized walking surface for shock absorption. Nestled between Kendall Lake and the Kershaw Health hospital, at the corner of Haile Street and Lakeshore Drive in Camden, the park has a very nice atmosphere, including nice shade trees and a quiet creek.

Parking is available along Haile Street, but if you live in the neighborhood or work at the hospital, you may very well be able to walk to the park.

The park includes a half-mile trail that winds through the trees. The LiveWell Kershaw Coalition has put up some signs outlining a fitness circuit ― recommending places to stop along your walk and do pushups or other exercises.
